Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

- Expedited Shipping: 4–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions beyond our control.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.
Customs & Duties (US Orders) Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. AYS Accessories is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Contact@AYSaccessories.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
