Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

United States Shipping

We ship to the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@aysaccessories.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. AYS Accessories is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@aysaccessories.com and we will do our best to make corrections before the order ships.
