Canada
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD
- Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited shipping available at checkout
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
United States
- Flat-rate shipping available to all US states
- Delivery in 7–12 business days
- Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your bag on its way to you.

Return Policy
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return
How to Return
- Email us at hello@aysaccessories.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Exchanges
Want a different style or colour? We're happy to exchange your item within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at hello@aysaccessories.com to get started.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
